- From Prospecting, Order Confirmation, Order Dispatch - Monitoring and Following up Abandoned Carts - Follow-Up on RTOs - Post Delivery Feedback - Customer Query resolution via the various communication channels - Follow-up with Delivery Partners - Liaising with the 3rd Party Vendors
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Graduate with Excellent English Spoken and Written Skills
