Job Description
1. Respond to general and technical questions from customers
2. Work with team members to resolve any customer issues.
3. Collect feedback (Good/Bad) from customers.
4. Providing timely and accurate information to customers to address their concerns and inquiries.
5. Escalating complex technical issues to senior team members for prompt resolution
6. Preparing Meeting invites on Conferencing tool
7. Answering customer inquiries and listen to their problems/asks
8. Troubleshooting customer reported problems – Remote support and On-site support.
9. Identifying root causes for the problems and taking corrective and preventive steps.
Team – Operations
Compensation- As per Market Std.
