● Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries.
● Maintain updated knowledge of the products, services, and
customer service policies provided by the organisation.
● Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding information to interested parties.
● Explain in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance..
● Participate in training opportunities provided by the organisation or by outside entities.
● Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs.
● Coordinate with other teams for status of orders.

REQUIREMENTS
● Qualifications: Ideally candidates should be Graduate with good communication.
● 6 months to 1 year of previous customer service experience a plus.
● Strong command of written and verbal English
● Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
● Willingness to cooperate with customers and management to resolve any issues that may arise.
