We have opening for the position of International Customer Service Professional for UK Voice process
The process we are hiring for Customer Support, wherein you are required to take calls from US customers and resolve issues.
The details of the process is as under:
Qualification: min 10+2 to grad.
Experience: Fresher or Min of 6 months experience in Call Center environment.
Shifts: Rotational (24/7)
Language Proficiency: Candidates should be excellent in English,
Cab: 2 way, (home pic and home drop),
UK Voice Process It is Train ticketing process where in agent needs to provide customer service to the UK customers. It is mix of customer service and sales.
The process is UK shifts, window: 12:30 pm 1st shift and last shift 6:30 pm. Cab facility is provided. 5 days working, 2 weekly offs, rotational and split offs.
