Location available: Kolkata, Mumbai, Bhubaneswar airport.

Urgently Require

• Female Cabin Crew/Air-hostess for Leading Domestic Airlines
• Male/female Ground Staff (Ticketing/Reservation/Baggage/Security etc.)
• Guest Service Officers/GRE/F & B Service/Front Office for Airport Lounges

HR Executive

Responsibilities

• Checking passengers in for flights
  
• Re-routing or re-booking passengers whose flights have been cancelled or delayed
  
• Assisting disabled passengers or those travelling with young children
  
• Giving passengers up-to-date information on flights
  
• Assisting passengers with all enquiries, including lost or delayed baggage
  
• Assisting staff in carrying out security checks as and when the situation arises
  
• Delivering high levels of customer service to passengers and those travelling through the airport
  
• Indian national between 18 to 35 years
  

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: 10th pass /12th pass / Graduation
• Age Limit: 18 to 27 years (for cabin crew): 18 to 30 years (for ground staff) and 18-32 years (for cargo)
• Language Known: - English, Hindi
• Good Communication
• Physically Fit
• Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Fresher Candidates can also apply if they are interested to make career in this Industry.
• Salary Package: 12,000/- to 25,000/-(Negotiable)
