Handling customer queries/complaints/request over the calls

Experience: Candidate should have minimum 1year and above experience in BPO
Salary: Upto 2.7 LPA
Job Location: Kolkata
Role and Responsibility:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails.
- Managing and resolving customer queries/status/complaints.
- Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors.
- Providing products and service information to customers.
Qualification:
- Any Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate
Candidate should have,
- Good Communication skills
- Handling calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
- Handling calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
- Flexible to work in shifts.
- Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Basic technical knowledge
Shift: Rotational Shift (6days working)
