For Reservation Executive / Customer Services Associate :

Qualification : 12th Pass & Above

Age :  18 to 30 yrs (Female) 18 to 35 yrs (Male)

Skills : Good Communication & Good In Health

Salary : 15,800/- - 35,200/- (Per Month)

Responsibilities : 

> The main duty of a Reservation, is to assist Guests with planning and booking reservations. 

> Making Flight arrival and departure announcements

> Follow customer issue without distraction to resolution

> Excellent customer service skills

> Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs

For Utility Staff :

Qualification : 10th Pass, 12th Pass & Above

Age :  18 to 35 yrs

Skills : Good Communication In Local Language,Should Be Physically Fit

Salary : 13,200/- - 22,800/- (Per Month)

Responsibilities : 

> Assisting staff in carrying out security checks as and when the situation arises

> Delivering high levels of customer service to those travelling through the airport

> Handling all the loading and uploading of passenger bags.
