Position Summary : The Customer Service Associate (CSA) works in support of the customers and clients and performs a variety of tasks related to different areas of the website including Voice support, Welcome call, New Business pitching, Email management, Live chat handling, Payment assistance, Social media customer handling & management, Customer service, general housekeeping and other related functions.
Must-Have Skills: Excellent English communication skills (Read, Write, Speak),Experience in advanced level MS Word, MS Excel, EMail handling, Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus posting, chatting experience. Candidate must be open to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Qualification: Bachelor's minimum.
