Job Description:

• Candidates have to handle Inbound & Outbound Calls.
• Resolve customer queries & upselling product.
• Develop strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Understand customer needs and take action in a timely manner.
• Must have good convincing skills and helping attitude.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 10+2 and Graduates.(Freshers can also apply)
• Can Speak Excellent English.
• Average computer skills with the ability to solve customers query quickly.
• Fresher with Good English Communication can also apply!!

Shift Timing: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
