Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for 12th pass/Fresher candidates a Customer Service Associate in Kolkata. The candidate needs to take care of all the concerns and complaints raised by the passengers.
This is not a field job. The candidate should not leave any ground for any complaints.

Timing: 8 Hours shift
Job Location: Kolkata
Responsibilities and Duties
Taking care of all the concerns and complaints raised by the guests.

Taking reservations and Issuing tickets.

Ensuring the delivery of luggage or bags.

Conducting security checking of passengers
Need to do the documentation work.Need to update the CRM
Qualifications and Skills12th pass can apply

Freshers are most welcome
Age: Female: 18-25 Years; Male: 18-25 Years
Should have good communication skills
