JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE:- Customer Service Associate
A Customer Service Associate, is responsible for helping customers with questions or concerns regarding company services. Their duties include communicating with customers, over the phone or via email, filling out forms and develop new strategies to solve customer problems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
1) Listening to customers’ concerns and handling complaints and returns.
2) Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues.
3) Communicating with customers, through email or chat, over the phone.
4) Receiving orders, calculating charges and processing payments.
5) Monitoring customer satisfaction levels.
6) Referring customers to superiors when necessary.
REQUIREMENTTS:-
1) Basic computer knowledge such as MS word, excel, internet surfing, email attic ate.
2) Good communication abilities(English, Hindi, Punjabi, including verbal communication).
3) Good problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
4) Effective time management, prioritization and multitasking skills.
5) Ability to work in a team setting.
6) In-depth understanding of the company’s services.
