A customer service representative, or CSR, to provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency, mainly through Live Chats and Social Media Accounts like Instagram. The person needs to be fluent in English. Freshers are welcome too.
Responsibilities and Duties
Managing customer queries Live Chats and Social Media Accounts like Instagram.
Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Co-ordinating with the logistics and order processing team to solve order queries
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
If required, solve customer queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and so on.
Qualifications and Skills
Strong phone contact handling skills, typing, and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
