Role & Objective
The Customer Service Associate (CSA) works in
support of the store management team to facilitate the completion of all store
level tasks and performs a variety of tasks related to different areas of the
store including Product Packaging, Labeling, customer service, general
housekeeping and other related functions.
Duties and Responsibilities
shelves with products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions at all times
including all kitchen appliances, cleaning products etc.
to customer inquiries by understanding enquiry; reviewing previous inquiries
and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding
information to the manager.
with the immediate team, other customer service teams, sales team, and other
company departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction
Meet or exceed call quotas
and sales assist quotas, both personally and as a team unit.
incoming calls and emails in an efficient manner and Provide accurate answers
and solutions to customer queries.
customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the
time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions,
process customer accounts and file documents
necessary information about products and service
Understand customer requirements so as to provide
appropriate clarifications and solutions and Route and direct customer requests
to appropriate personnel.
