Tourism industry jobs - Customer Service Associate

• Work timings : 7 am IST to 3:30 pm IST. Mumbai candidates only.
• Location : Mumbai. 
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Female candidates only

• Attending outbound and inbound international calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls
• Follow ups with existing client base
• Scheduling and confirming appointments and meetings
• Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail
• Any other miscellaneous tasks

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a customer support role
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Female only candidates
• Experience in answering and screening calls, as well as scheduling appointments - international calls to Australia
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
