Job Description for Call Center- CSE

1.       Looking for SSLC/PUC or any Degree.

2.       0-1 years of experience in any field (preferred-Fresher).

3.       Candidate must speak minimum English.

4.       Must know the basic knowledge of computer (word, Excel and Short cut keys).

5.       Must work in rotational shift (Afternoon Shift).

6.       Afternoon Shift timing 12PM to 9PM, 1PM to 10PM and 3PM to 12AM.

7.        Afternoon Shift is for Boys Only.

8.       Morning Shift for Girls.

9.       Shift Timings for Morning Shift 6AM to 3PM, 8AM to 5PM and 10AM to 7PM.

10.   For both shift weekly half will rotational.
