Job Description

  • Designation: Customer Service Associate  
  • Number of Vacancy: 100+  
  • Salary: Between 12K to 20K +incentives up to Rs. 3000/- per month  
Job Description:  
  • Fluency in English is required. Good Communication skills. 
  • Should have basic computer skills with minimum tying speed of 25 WPM Clarity of speech and thought is expected. 
  • Can work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
  • A positive and energetic personality is desired. (Outbound Lead Generation) A helpful and patient personality is desired. (Inbound Customer Service) A quick thinker with a knack to handle situations effectively is desired. (Sales) 
Job Specification:  
  • Should be ready to work for voice process (outbound/ Inbound) Fresher / non-BPO experience can be considered 
  • Education: Min 12th pass or equivalent 
  • Shift timing: Rotational shifts between 7am to 9pm / One rotational week off (Centralized pick and drop)
