Job Description: Customer Service voice & non-voice (Work from Office & Work from Home)
Profiles we are hiring for and their Compensation Range -:

Digital Devices- (International Voice): INR 2,82,516/- to INR 3,29,930/- LPA + other allowances
Digital Devices - Chat (Non-Voice): INR 2,26,013/- to INR 2,63,944/- + other allowances
Virtual Technical Support- (Work from home): INR 2,70,596/- to INR 3,16,008/- LPA + other allowances
Customer Service Associate- (Chat Profile): INR 2,09,869/- LPA + other allowances
Virtual Customer Service- Chat (Work from home): INR 2.01.013/- LPA + other allowances
Additional Perks & Benefits:

-Transport Allowance (Optional) INR 4000 i.e. 48,000/- PA 
-Internet Reimbursement up to INR 1250/- Per month (Applicable only for work from home profile)
-Zeta Meal Card INR 1100 Per month i.e. 13,200/- PA
-Night Shift Allowance INR 115/shift
-Overtime Allowance as per company policy
-Five days working
-Rotational Shifts
-Each employee and their dependents (Spouse and 2 Children) are covered up to Rs.500,000 under the floater benefit scheme
Eligibility Criteria
-Minimum qualification required is 10+2
-Excellent written and Verbal communication, comprehension and problem solving skills.
-Willing to work in a 24x7 environment.
