Experience :1 to 2 Years 
Rs. 2,00,000 - Rs. 4,00,000 Triaging Reinsurance Claims and Technical Accounting documents in accordance to standard
operating procedures. (Simple to Complex).
Ensuring business deliverables are met (quality output within the turnaround times defined)
through adequate understanding of basic Reinsurance Concepts and business tools and
applications.
Responsible for associating the Claim process documents with the firsthand information to
enable Claims examiners for further processing.
Identifying the type of documents.
Identifying the reinsurance contracts OR existing claims using business applications.
Maintain accuracy and quality parameters as defined by the process.
Ensure adherence to process guidelines and also abide by special instructions set out by
specific regions.
To meet the specified productivity target.
Perform other position related tasks as instructed by Line Manager.
Other
Provide backup for roles in other teams.
Any other ad hoc tasks as required from time to time.
Language skills: English fluent written and spoken.
Fresher / 1-2 years' experience with a university degree in commerce, science
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in virtual teams and across
borders and cultures.
Ability to work in a team environment but also ability to take ownership and work independently.
Highly motivated to deliver high quality service to the corresponding clients.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Client focused with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong learning motivation.
Flexibility, adjustment to changes.
