Responsibilities and Duties The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of customer service and/or sales experience in learning and education space.
You would be expected to:
Customer Service : Handling customer calls (students, parents, instructors, institutes etc) and resolve their queries quickly and efficiently. Conduct brief online demo sessions of the website and the service.
Counseling and Sales : Following up on leads generated by marketing team to understand their requirements, advise them appropriate instructors/courses and help them to join. Coordinate demo sessions between instructor and student wherever needed.
Key Skills Excel, Whatsapp, Internet Research, Google Docs, Sales, Customer Service Required Experience and Qualifications
Basic IT skills including Excel, Google Drive, Whatsapp and Internet browsing skills
Pleasing interaction over phone
Should possess good inter-personal, communication and presentation skills
