We are looking for a highly motivated and responsible sales associate who will be in charge of all B2C sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales. The primary responsibilities of this role are as below:
● Work with customers to understand their needs and then translate that into the right product recommendation and closure of the sale
● Record all customer interactions on our CRM system and adhere to our CRM protocol
● Track and follow up on all customer sales leads; this includes but not limited to emails, chat, phone calls, and text messages
● Report daily statistics and updates on open opportunities Requirements
● Sales experience, preferably in telesales for the US or any other international location
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to customers in the US
● Strong problem-solving skills, master of execution, and the ability to multitask
● Proven organizational skills and ability to work in a fast pace environment
