Role: Customer Service Associates
• Qualification: Candidate should be Minimum Graduation qualified with strong communication skills.
• Experience required: excellent communication skills are mandatory.
• Please note that any candidate with excellent spoken English communication skills will have the added benefit in terms of preference.
• Salary: 15-25K + Uncapped Incentive
• Job Profile: Minimum 2+ years’ Experience in the collection process.
• Coordinate with a list of people who have not made payments and close the account. Inform clients of overdue accounts and amount currently owed.
• Shift: Night Shift
NO CAB FACILITY but travelling allowance is paid over and above the salary
Location Manjeera Commercial centre, JNTU-HITECH CITY ROAD
