Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via various channels (WhatsApp, email, phone, etc.) in a timely and accurate manner
2. Provide product and service information to customers as needed
3. Identify customer issues, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives
4. Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary
5. Gather customer feedback and share it with the appropriate teams to improve products and services
6. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
7. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
8. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
9. Go the extra mile to engage customers
10. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
