Job Description

  • Answering customer inquiries and listen to their problems/asks
  • Repairing, assembling and putting the stabilizers in working condition as per standards
  • Troubleshooting customer reported problems – Remote support and On-site support.
  • Identifying root causes for the problems and taking corrective and preventive steps.
  • Product range, benefits, service and demonstration to customers.
  • Generating problem reports, and escalation of critical issues.

    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
    • Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
    • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within the time limits
    • Customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
    • Take the extra mile to engage customers
