·         Design, implement and ensure an efficient order procedure, fostering an excellent and customer care system

·         preparing offers for the customer’s needs

·         Compile invoices, follow up on payments, compilation of quotes, track delivery dates

·         Ensure professional communication with customers, suppliers and regional field-sales agents

·         as well as operational contact person for the Regional Sales Representatives and show an
