The job holder performs the following tasks independently and at his/her own responsibility, adhering to
the statutory conditions and the company’s requirements:
Act as technical support, advise on and processing of B2B-end customers within the meaning
of customer-oriented services
· Design, implement and ensure an efficient order procedure, fostering an excellent and customer care system
· Preparing offers for the customer’s needs
· Order tracking as well as error prevention
· Show proactive approach to the customer’s needs for information ;see and handling complaints as a second chance for customer win back
· Compile invoices, follow up on payments, compilation of quotes, track delivery dates
· Ensure professional communication with customers, suppliers and regional field-sales agents regarding technical matters/issues
· Act as competent contact person for the customers in all services process- and product issues as well as operational contact person for the Regional Sales Representatives and show an active manner to support the field sales agents
· Deliver best in class customer support for technical issues as well as troubleshooting
· Cross referencing of articles
Requirements and Qualifications:
· Diploma / BE in mechanical, production, automobile stream
· 2-4 years functional experience in customer care service/ sales back office and professional customer communication, cutting tools industry background preferred
· Good knowledge of ERP systems, especially with SAP/R3 SD modules -.others, like “MM” would be an advantage
· Good knowledge of MS Office
· Language skills: fluent English skills (oral and written) are required.
· Motivated and energetic personality, reliable professional cooperation skills towards internal and external customers
· Enthusiasm in working with people, sophisticated motivation skills in order to achieve the greatest success for the company.
