We are hiring for Customer Service Executive for a Global Brand

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Receiving Calls from the customers and make them understand the benefits of product/Services
• Following quality parameters while talking or dealing with customers and clients.
• Resolving issues related to customer & supplier onboarding.
• Participating in all organizational activities like RNR | Fun Activities and Sports activities.
• Coordination with Team Supervisor and colleagues in case of any doubts and problems
• Clearing customer doubts
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Ensure complete and correct information is transferred to the customer on every call
  • Should handle the customers confidently and assertively
  • Should be able to communicate in grammatically correct Hindi, English & Kannada
  • Should be able to understand and comprehend Hindi, English & Kannada
  • Should be able to speak professionally
  • Clarity of Speech
  • No MTI affecting pronunciation/Understanding
  • Process and product awareness
  • Industry and domain knowledge
  • Customers centricity
  • Should have basic knowledge of operating computer
  • Good in Communication & Customer Support Skills through phone, chat or email.
  • Language- Excellent Hindi, English & Kannada communication.
  • Should have the capability for delivering product & application training to customers to do end to end.

Shift-

9:00am to 6:30pm.

Six days working and 1 week off.
