Qualification Required - Graduation in any stream / backlogs also eligible Skill set required: · Excellent communication skills in English – Both Verbal and Written · Excellent communication skills in Malayalam / Telugu / Hindi or Kannada – Only Verbal (Any one of the languages)
· Basic computer skills Job Description: · The Customer Service Executives (CSE's) will be doing outbound / Inbound call for customer support. They will Interface with customers via inbound or outbound calls for the purpose of resolving routine queries or providing timely information and where required, fixing appointments for the customer with the Field representatives
· 6 days working (Monday to Saturday) · Shifts: 9 30am – 6 30pm or 10am – 7pm
Salary for Fresher(English & Tamil Speaking) - Rs.8k to 8.5k/- as net salarySalary for Fresher(English with Telugu / Malayalam / Kannada Speaking) - Rs.9.5k/- as net salarySalary for Fresher(English with Hindi Speaking) - Rs.10k/- as net salary In addition to net salary, employees are also covered under PF, ESIC benefits.
