Roles and responsibilities:
Software Support – Online
Collect Customer Feedback (after installation)
Customer review (every 3 months)
Get review after successful installation (YouTube, Google, Justdial & Another online portal)
Troubleshooting – Online
Cross selling (AMS products)Cold Calling Inbound & Outbound Calling Basic knowledge in LED wall videos
Answering customer inquiries and listen to their problems/asks
Troubleshooting customer reported problems – Remote support and On-site support.
Identifying root causes for the problems and taking corrective and preventive steps.
Installation of OS and software.
Providing training to the customer on software and solutions.
Product demonstration to customers.
Generating problem reports, logging issues, escalation of critical issues.
