1.     Candidate should be Well Groomed, Presentable and Confident.

2.     Need to attend and make calls, Back-end data maintain & Handling E-mails (Query / Request / Complaint/ Appreciations) from customers.

3.     Ensure prompt, accurate, and error-free communication (English, Hindi and Bengali) with customers.

4.     Visit Stakeholder as and when required.

5.     Willing to travel outside Kolkata and work during odd hours as per Requirement.

Male:

1.      Need to know Basic English. Able to read and write Bengali and English.

2.     Candidate should be Well Groomed, Presentable, and Confident.

3.     Understand doctor’s prescription and medical terminology.

4.     Visit client house.

5.     Visit hospitals / path lab and treatment areas with clients.

6.     Willing travel outside Kolkata if needed.

7.     Work odd hours if need be.

8.     Ensure prompt, accurate, and error-free communication with customers.

9.     Available on calls for emergencies.

10.    Empathetic in nature.
