Job Description:Job Role:
1. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
2. Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
3. Generate sales leads.
4. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Location: Mumbai
Office Timings: 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Candidate Profile:Experience: 1 year.
Education: Graduate in any stream.
Language: English and Hindi Fluency is a must.
