Job Description
Corporate Client Servicing role Into B2B model.
Candidate will be managing existing clients of Financial Institution Group who are mainly NBFCs, HFCs, MFI, SFB’s, Co-op Banks etc. within North zone.
Building up strong relationship with the middle & senior management of clients by meeting them personally and frequently.
Addressing & solving their queries in a productive manner by coordinating with Operations, Claims team and all other departments at HO.
Prepare, maintain and share relevant trackers on business volume, projections and product details with HO teams, which will change from time to time.
Ensuring growth in business volume month on month and working closely with the key persons of the client and get more business share and additional business lines.
