Job Description

Urgent Opening for 'Customer Service Executive' with American Healthcare MNC Company based with Vile Parle.
Our client is American MNC Healthcare based Vile Parle, looking for 'Customer Service role' with Excellent on communication.

Job Location - Vile Parle
Experience - 1 - 3 yrs
Should be Excellent on communication.

Job Profile:

Support and provide customer service (Queries and Request response) via phones and e-mails(coordination with the internal team),both inbound(calls from customers) and outbound(to internal team)
Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication
Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs and holds interruptions
Handling incoming outgoing calls.
Resolving customers query.
Handling AMC calls.
Handling billing.
