Job Description for Tech Support:

  • Answering customers calls related to basics of Hardware/Software/Networking
  • Offering Technical Support through Chat/Phone/email for Calling Cards, Internet packs, Computers
  • Customer retention and improving customer experience.
  • Call monitoring to ensure quality
  • Training will be provided, and fresher’s with a flair for IT are also welcome to apply.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum one year of international BPO experience.
  • Technical support experience would add an advantage.
