Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE *

Job Responsibility -
*Manage inbound calls in a timely manner
*Follow communication “scripts” 
*Keep records of all conversations in our call center database.
*Answering phones from customers professionally.
*Transfer Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.

Fluent in speaking English Fresher or Min 1 year Experience
