Job Description :

Contact Center Professionals who are willing to take high volume of inbound calls.
It is expected that the best of those who handle such a profile with discipline, initiative and consistency, apart from opportunities to grow with us, also set themselves up for an exciting career in Customer service.
These projects involve Customer service for US Airline Baggage process, Business to company process.

Candidate Profile:

Candidates should be good in communication.
Good organization and planning skills.
Good teamwork skills, Adaptability .
No regional accent, Grammatically accurate and good sentence construction and the intellectual ability to understand client requirements.
Flexibility to workin 24/7 shifts , rotational offs.
Must have previous experience in international BPO.
Total experience : 1 year to 5 years.
Candidate who are looking for a stable career and can back it up with performance &discipline would find us a great place to be in for a long time.
