to 1-year experience in International voice process (BPO industry).

Responsibilities and Duties:
· Making Calls in US and Canada.
· Keep tracking outstanding Accounts and debts
· Plan a course of action to recover owed money
· Locate and contact debtors
· Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans
· Handle customers' questions or complaints
· Identify gaps in the system and recommend solutions
· Build trust with debtors
· Update account status and database regularly
· Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
Job Time : (US shifts) timing between 5:30 pm & 9:30 am IST.
Unlimited Incentives
Sundays fixed off (Alternate Saturdays).
Location- Town Square Shopping Centre, Viman Nagar ,Pune.
Qualification- Any UG, Graduate.
