• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Attend the inquiry & convert it into consumers / Business.
  
• Verification the details of new customers (Who place order 1st time).
  
• Handle the issues / grievances of Existing Customers.
  
• Getting the feedback of the services from the existing customers and convert those into permanent customer via field work into their soc., corporate premises, and industrial areas also.
  
• Convert the irregular customer into regular customer.
  
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  
• Also getting the feedback from customers who had cancelled the orders.
