Cogent E-Services Private Limited jobs - Customer Service Executive

We’re hiring CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES for Inbound & Outbound processes based at Vadodara , Gujarat location.

·        Fresher’s / experienced candidates can apply/H.SC pass & graduates can also apply ( with minimum 45% in H.Sc)

·        Should have good communication skills in Gujarati/Hindi/Marathi
with basic understanding of English language.

·        Hindi and Marathi speaking candidates can also apply

·       Male candidates: Preferably Late Evening and late night shift
(Shift timings for 9 hours only, which includes 1 hour break)

·       Female candidates: Early Morning & afternoon shift

·        Ability and willingness to learn and Courteous with strong customer service orientation.

·        Good listening and responding skills.

·        Fixed Monthly Salary will be as per minimum wages starts from *10000 Rs to 12000Rs on the basis of candidates communication skills*.

·        Split shift allowances Rs. 1,300/- per month* ( Rs.50 per day)

·        Over time allowances ( Rs. 50 per hour*)

·        Weekly off working allowances.
