Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Answer calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Respond to customer enquiries
  • Research required information using available resources ( internal systems)
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Input customer information on CRM system correctly
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to Team Lead
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Complete call logs
  • Responsible for out-bound sales calls.
  • Explain services, prices, and answer questions from customers.
  • Manage client referrals and process as appropriate.
  • Engaging positively with prospective customers to ensure an understanding of products and services & maintaining an adequate lead to conversion rate.
  • Identifying customer needs effectively in order to maximize all sales opportunities and explain added value services
  • Achieve and exceed KPI's
  • Able to generate new business and close deals in shortest time possible
  • Provide sales support to team as required.
