Responsible for all inbound and outbound calls on behalf of BRITA with the main objective of 100% satisfies the customer through on-call support. Call Scheduling on basis of customer Appointments. Coordination with Service Technicians for call fulfilment. On-time response to each and every call. Stretch in late hours or early hours in case of emergency customer request. Updation of calls in Service CRM. Reporting of information through Reports to management. Promotional calls on behalf of the company to existing and new customers. Having a two-wheeler and a valid Driving License is a must. Patient in handling customer grievances. Proactive in understanding escalations and accordingly taking remedial steps
