• The candidate is required to attend to the customer calls and provide them with the required information.
• The candidate should be able to understand the customer’s inquiries and work upon resolving them within predefined time limits.
• The candidate will be responsible for efficient dealing of issues towards the completion and enabling satisfaction of the customer.
• Respond to emails received for product and support inquiries.
• Keep records of customer interactions and follow up communication - procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Good comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and address customer issues appropriately
• Excellent Communication (both written and verbal) skills are must.
