We have an urgent opening with our organization - An NBFC - ( Finance Industry )

  • The role is about handling all inbound calls which the company receives for their products inquiry
  • And making outbound calls to all Borrowers & Lenders who are interested either to borrow a loan or invest their amounts in OML Group.
  • You can also say its a kind of Inside sales and Support role.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Managing Inbound calls
  • Making Outbound calls
  • Managing - Web chat & Email Support
  • On-call support to Clients to complete their transaction online.

Key Skills
- Candidates from Finance Industry would be an added advantage.
