A Customer Service Executives role is to ensure business customers receive outstanding support and all their needs are met. Customer Service Executives oversee the customer support departments day-to-day functions as well as establish standards and protocols to be used by the customer service team to promote customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Executives supervise Customer Service Representatives and report to a general manager, making them middle-management level officers.
