Min 3-5 Years in the field of Import Freight Forwarding Should be working with a forwarding company only.
Must be well versed with air and sea freight.
Should have knowledge of Import documentation as an advantage.
JD:
Follow up for bookings with overseas agents.
Updating customers on the progress of each shipment
Liaising with agents, monitoring progress of shipments from booking till arrival
Ensuring destination documentation activities are completed on arrival of shipments.
Passing over the file to the billing desk timely
Updating internal portals, DSR, etc.
