Selected candidates day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Supervise and organize clients' contact databases, and monitor responses to customer requests and queries to minimize gaps in customer service delivery
2. Research on customers' needs to improve customer relationships and experience, analyze feedback and trends on various platforms used by customers to identify problems and opportunities for developing business process improvement solutions
3. Report the number of calls being received in your shift on a daily basis, both from performance marketing and from organic marketing in the company assigned format, maintain the call log based on the number of calls being reported (right now we use Excel Sheets based reporting, but will gradually move to CRM software)
4. Work on the daily tasks which involve making invoices and expense bills using different software and help the accounts team with the necessary reconciliations
5. Manage customers' concerns and monitor responses to customer requests and queries to minimize gaps in customer service delivery
6. Research on customer needs to improve customer relationships and experience
