Job Description

About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle customers on live chat, calls, emails, and website
2. Understand customer (student) issues and get resolved from tutors
3. Handle tutor queries and make sure orders (student tasks) are delivered on time with no issues.
4. 9 hours per day, Rotational Shifts.
