Job Description

Responsibilities :
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative target
  • Handle the chat process and answer the queries of the customers
  • Handle customer complaints and pitch products to customers on calls
  • Ensure a good customer experience
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product, and service inquiries 6. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Maintain customer records by updating all relevant information in the database
