Help in customer resolving their banking related queries.
Handling the customers calls on telecom related queries.
Trouble Shoot Technical Queries for various clients through voice, chat and email.

Salary :
Fresher - up to 16-20k
Experience - up to 22-30k
Shift : US/UK Should be flexible with rotational Shift
