Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle dine-in customers (taking orders, suggesting bestsellers, upselling)
2. Manage Zomato/Swiggy orders
3. Update POS software and daily reports
4. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the service area
5. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information
6. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving any issues that may arise during the process
7. Maintain customer records by updating their profiles, preferences, and feedback in our database
8. Collaborate with various departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
9. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
10. Assist in analyzing data and generating reports to identify customer trends and preferences
11. Uphold a professional and empathetic approach in all customer interactions, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
