 Designation:  Customer Service

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Doing data analysis
2. Doing report creation
3. Doing presentation creations
4. Doing loyalty program management
5. Doing content creation for WA, SMS, email marketing
6. Doing mobile app testing
7. Handling community management
8. Helping in training module creation
9. Working on SOP and process note creation
